One of my favorite stamps, the background is made with ecoline, this is a sort of liquid watercolor based paint, that give very vivid colors. The wings are covered with glitter glue. I sent one of this serie to the usa for a swap

Deze atc is gemaakt met de crayon resist techniek: als achtergrond eerst de libellen gestempeld, ingekleurd met wasco's, en dan met verschillende kleuren blauwe inkt de achergrond helemaal gekleurd. De overtollige inkt werd afgeveegd, en waar de wasco zat, is er geen inkt meer te bespeuren. De tag is op dezelfde manier gemaakt. De libelle heb ik nogmaals gestempeld op wit papier, en de vleugels uitgeknipt en opgekleefd

This atc is made with the crayon resist technique: I stamped the butterfly on the background and colored it with crayons, then I put several blue inks on the background, and wipe off the excces and where the crayon is, there is no blue ink. The tag was made with the same technique. I stamped the dragonfly on withe paper, and cut out the wings en glued them on the tag

Deze atc komt van een serie die ik gemaakt heb, bestaande uit de binnenkanten van de enveloppen die kreeg bij ruilingen, afgewerkt met peel offs en een stempel van een little pet shop dier. Deze atc is richting amerika gegaan voor een swap van uilen, waarbij mijn partner aangaf dat ze houdt van gerecycleerde materialen.

This atc is made from the inside of envelopes, finished with peel offs and a stamped kawai-animal (from littlest pet shop), I sent it to the usa for a swap on owls, and the person liked recycled materials

Dit plaatje had ik al zolang op mijn computer staan, maar er nooit iets mee gedaan. Heb het verkleind tot atc formaat, en in drie lagen op de atc verwerkt. Voor de afwerking heb ik voor rijstkorrels gekozen.

Toen ik deze schattige stempels zag liggen kon ik er niet aan weerstaan.
Voor de achtergrond ben ik aan de slag gegaan met verschillende tinten ecoline en stempels, de hond is ook ingekleurd met ecoline. Beiden zijn gemaakt voor een zeer goede vriendin die ook gek is van honden.

When I saw these stamps I couldn't resist them, they are so cute!

For the first serie with them I just used the dog. The background is made with several tints of ecoline, and the dog itself is alos colored with ecoline. It was the first time I worked with ecoline, and not perfect yet, but I like the bright colors.

buiten de vogels was er ook nog een vlinder stempel aanwezig , hier gebruikt in twee totaal verschillende atc's: de eerste met versamark en perfect pearls, de tweede met scheerschuimtechniek en rainbowinkt

In the set of birdstamps there was also a stamp of a butterfly, and I make two totally different atc with it.

The first atc is stamped with versamerk ink and colored with perfect pearls, for the second one, I use the shaving cream technique, and then colored it with my rainbow ink

This is the 4th of the birds serie.

This time the backgroud is made with color wash ink, a flower and leafs stamped on it with black stazon, and shadowed it with white gel pen.

Honden zijn een favoriet thema die regelmatig terugkeren in mijn atc.
Hier heb ik de achtergrond gestempeld met versamark, en ingekleurd met make-up.

Dan heb ik de hond gestempeld en ingekleurd met distress ink.Het lintje op de atc loopt achter de hond door.

Dogs are one of my favorites, so on regular base I make atc of them.

Here I stamped the background with versamark, and colored it in with make-up.

The dog is colored in with distress ink. The ribbon runs behind the dog, therefore I had to make two incisions. The star is made with the clip-punch

Bloemen gemaakt met mallen van joy craft, en brad gekleurd met nagellak.

The swan is stamped with versamark ink, and colored in with perfect pearls, then matted on a background where I stamped the swan randomly.
The paper flower is cut out with joy craft cutting and embossing stencil, I colored the brad with nail polish

achtergrond bewerkt met alcohol inkt, en dan chinese karakters met goud gestempeld en ge-embost. Afbeelding komt uit folder vorr chinese tentonstelling. Alles gemat op gouden en rood kaartkarton

I made the background with alcohol inks,stamped chinese characters on it and embossed them with gold powder.
The image came from a folder for a chinese exhibition in brussels. I matted everything on red and gold card paper

Eenmaal de zwarte buitenkant gesneden, eenmaal de binnenkant in oranje, verder afgewerkt met sterrenstempeltje, het spook en de ramen zijn bewerkt met glitterlijm.

Gemaakt voor mijn zusje haar verjaardag.

De stempel is gemaakt met imagepac, mijn nieuwste speelgoed.

Na een eerste mislukte poging kwam deze uit de bus, nog niet helemaal perfect maar hij kan ermee door vind ik.

Voor de achtergrond heb ik eerst met gesso een bloem gestempled, glimmermist erover gesprayed, daarna dezelfde bloem nogmaals gestempeld in zwart.

Afgewerkt met lintjes en geponste bloemetjes

This card I made for my sisters birthday.
I used a photo of her to make the stamp with imagepac. It was my second attemp, and not yet 100% okay, but it will do.
On the background I stamped a few flowers with gesso, then I sprayed them with glimmermist.
After everythings dried, I stamped the flower again, but now in black.The finishing touch is done with paper flowers and ribbons

Mijn blogavonturen beginnen hier. Het is allemaal nog wat onwennig, ben nog veel aan het uitzoeken hoe het één en ander werkt, maar na verloop van tijd zal het hier wel loslopen.
Bedoeling is dat ik hier mijn creatieve frutsels ga showen, voorzien van de nodige commentaar, en zo hopelijk anderen ideeen geven, zoals ik die zo dikwijls krijg met het surfen op het wereldwijde web.

This is the start of my blog adventures. I'm still puzzleling out how everythings works, but I'm sure that it will be okay in the end.
My englisch is rather poor, my native tongue is dutch, but at least I try ;-)
The purpose of this blog is showing my creative excesses, I hope I give you the inspiration I get when I'm surfing around.
